She communicates exceptionally well and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. • Conheci este spa por acaso e fui a 1.ª vez com uma determinada terapeuta. Umas 2 semanas depois voltei lá e escolhi a Charlotte. Fiquei encantado com a prestação, simpatia e profissionalismo dela, tanto que já voltei no spa e claro que repeti a massagem com Charlotte. Sempre que for a Portimão e tiver oportunidade, não hesitarei em visitar o Essence e claro que a Charlotte voltará a ser a minha escolha 😍

• I had thought this Spa had closed permanently I was last time I went there it looks closed and it had no answer to the phone however this time I struck lucky. It was open with the selection of young ladies as therapists and I had a very enjoyable competent professional massage from Agatha. Full marks for ambience and effort and one little point is that it doesn't seem to embrace the whole Spa experience in terms of continuity of service describe the experience. Very very good recommend highly
